There are many lower districts those are in Pakistan and they need education as basic right there are many students in the past these students were made to move out of the cities to gain the education but then government realized its responsibility that is to for independent board in the region therefore government started working on it and board was formed that was in the year 1989 and that was named as board of intermediate and secondary education DG khan. Basic foundation of the board was laid down after the hard work of Lt. General (Rtd) Khalid Maqbool on 12. March 2002 he was Governor of Punjab, after that main issue was the establishment of the office firstly it wasn’t formed

Main objective of the board is to conduct examination for 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th class examination and after those providing students with certificates. Jurisdiction of the board that is areas those are covered under the board are mentioned as the following Dg Khan, Muzaffargarh, Layah and Rajanpur. Punjab education commission that is PEC was formed in the year 2005 that was formed with the main purpose to manage and control the examination for 5th and 8th class after that this board provides students with certificates. These examinations were not compulsory but then some students appear in them for practice.

Examination for 11th class that is by the board they are conducted in the month of April and May and there are many students those appear in the board examination and after that these students wait for results as the time is very near result is announced by the board that is in the month of august and September that time is very near and result will be declared on the official website of the board we will also display it on our website.
